One of the easiest and most effective ways to put your own personal stamp on your home is by adding color. As you can see from our photo contest winners, there are as many ways to do this as there are colors themselves.
Jose Verduzco at Woodland Park in East Palo Alto, CA went big, bold and beautiful when choosing colors for his home.
Gabrielle Gonzales, a resident at Deerwood in Corona, CA, took a traditional color for a baby’s space – pink – and matched it with a vibrant red to create a cozy, warm place for the whole family.
And even just a splash of color helps warm up your living space and give some depth to a room. At Hathaway in Long Beach, CA, resident Nenad Pasic created a green accent wall to give an otherwise narrow room some depth and character.
