Saxton, our newest acquisition in Seattle, a Class A, eight-story building with 325 apartments and a two-level garage, was built in 2019.  This acquisition allows EQR to expand its presence in the First Hill (Capitol Hill/First Hill submarket) neighborhood of downtown Seattle.
